Difference of Weighted Composition Operator from Weighted Bergman Spaces to Weighted-type Spaces (communicated by Songxiao Li)

The boundedness of the difference of two weighted composition operators from weighted Bergman spaces to weighted-type spaces in the unit ball are investigated in this paper.

Some weighted operator geometric mean inequalities

In this paper, using the extended Holder- -McCarthy inequality, several inequalities involving the α-weighted geometric mean (0<α<1) of two positive operators are established. In particular, it is proved that if A,B,X,Y∈B(H) such that A and B are two positive invertible operators, then for all r ≥1, ‖X^* (A⋕_α B)Y‖^r≤‖〖(X〗^* AX)^r ‖^((1-α)/2) ‖〖(Y〗^* AY)^r ‖^((1-α)/2) ‖〖(X〗^* BX)^r ‖^(α/2) ‖〖(Y...

A Graphical Parallel Composition Operator for Process Algebras

Process algebras are suitable for describing networks of communicating processes. In most process algebras, the description of such networks is achieved using parallel composition operators. Noticing that the parallel composition operators commonly found in process algebras are often limited in expressiveness and/or difficult for novice users, we propose a new parallel operator that allows netw...

Compact Composition Operator on Weighted Bergman-Orlicz Space

In this paper we study the weighted Bergman-Orlicz spaces Aα. Among other properties we get that Aα is a Banach space with the Luxemburg norm. We show that the set of analytic polynomials is dense in Aα. We also study compactness and continuity of the composition operator on Aα. Mathematics Subject Classification: 46E30, 47B33
